Many cycling groups, tour clubs and groups of friends go annually for a (long) weekend of cycling in beautiful surroundings such as the Eifel, the Sauerland or the Vosges! Hence, many cycling groups also choose Im Eifel THE Cycling Hotel as a destination for a pleasant weekend of cycling. And then that too completely taken care of.
Are you looking to go away for a weekend as a cycling group? Then we offer you the ultimate stay in a particularly varied environment only 3 hours from Antwerp or 3.5 hours from Utrecht! Located in the Volcanic Eifel just a stone’s throw from the Moselle and Hunsrück, our Cycling Hotel offers everything you are looking for as a cycling group to enjoy while cycling.
What do we offer you as a cycling group?
The cycling is up to you, of course, but we actually take care of everything else so that you can fully focus on the fun weekend away and the beautiful cycling routes. So you stay with us on the basis of our all-inclusive Cycling concept, i.e. including all accommodation, meals, drinks*, cycling facilities such as sports nutrition and routes but also daily your clothes freshly washed for the next bike ride. And if anything should happen along the way we are ready to support you!
For your weekend away we make a tailor-made program, this based on your wishes in terms of distance and altimeters, where we try to let you see and experience the best of the region. The program offers great variety and begins already on the day of arrival with a bike ride through the Volcanic Eifel! Even on the last day, a bike ride is a matter of course after which you can take some time to freshen up, pack and have a meal before you leave for home. This way you will get the most out of your stay and enjoy the beautiful nature and views. The routes go as much as possible on beautiful back roads and only when there is no other way we look for the through roads as a connection to the next beautiful stretch.
For all types of Cycling
Whether you come for cycling, gravel biking or mountain biking, we offer the ultimate experience for all these types of Cycling! This both as individuals and as a group. Already many Cycling groups, associations and (touring) clubs have found us and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.
Did you know that we also regularly get groups who bring both road and mountain bikes! Double enjoy both the routes on the road and through the endless forests!
In cooperation with Mac-Bike-Tours in Neef, we offer the possibility of renting e-MTBs for smaller groups.
What is the benefit to our Cycling Group?
We can be brief about that: you bring clothes and bike, we’ll take care of the rest! In short, if you are a cycling group looking for a weekend away, we are the ideal location because all the arrangements are taken out of our hands. No venue searching, no caring for meals, no looking for itineraries but most of all enjoying the weekend carefree. That saves the club organizers a lot of time!

The Cycling package is based on a price per day!
The Cycling package is based on a price per day, so you do not pay for an overnight stay but for a day of cycling. It begins on the day of arrival with coffee and kuchen. When you leave on the day of departure is up to you.
* the use of alcoholic beverages is on a reasonable basis, this is to keep the price of the package affordable for every wallet. Of course, should you wish to consume a little more, that is no problem at all. We then charge an additional amount at the end of your stay.

Variety after cycling
Besides cycling there are also many other opportunities to undertake, after cycling or as a change in between, the area offers the possibility of a nice walk, a visit to the natural thermal baths or in the evening a wine tasting. Relaxing with each other in the lounge or on the terrace is of course also possible!

BBQ or Gourmet
To give your stay an extra dimension we have the possibility to offer you a BBQ or Gourmet at an additional cost! In addition to a variety of meats, we also offer salads and sauces herewith, a nice addition to the stay at Im Eifel Gasthaus for a pleasant evening of dining. Possibly also with various quality wines.

Wine tasting
Visit a Wine Tasting during your stay! The Moselle region is known for its Riesling and Spätburgunder wines, so a visit to a Weingut is definitely a great opportunity to get to know these wines better. In a 2.5-hour wine tasting with Winzerplatte (bread, sausage, cheese), winemaker Joachim Schumacher takes you into the world of his wines!

Nature Thermal Baths
Less than 3km from Im Eifel Gasthaus is the Nature Spa of Bad Bertrich, relax in the naturally warm water with a temperature of 32degrees and the saunas. A visit to Nature Baths is a treat for your body! In addition to the natural pools and saunas, you can also book a massage here. You can book the Nature Spa from just 2 hours

Is the Eifel ideal for cyclists?
The Eifel is ideally suited for cyclists because it is located a short distance from the Netherlands and Belgium. In the Eifel you will find a variety of distances and altimeters in a hilly and wooded environment. Obviously for the individual as well as the cycling group.
Can I come with my group?
We offer a fully catered cycling stay for individuals and groups, all based on our unique all-inclusive concept. Fully taken care of and relieved a weekend enjoying the beautiful surroundings, views and especially the beautiful routes!
